Prices are nett ex works unless stated otherwise and exclude delivery charges and import duties where applicable. Shipping costs are payable by the customer.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Marc Taylor Art is not liable for import duties on international shipments.

Collection & Delivery
UK Orders:
Shipping within the UK will be calculated at checkout and includes insurance to the full item value. After purchase, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
Marc Taylor Art is not responsible for delivery delays or access issues at your property. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Collection:
You may collect your order free of charge. Simply contact us prior to purchase and we will modify the listing.
Contact us for collections outside normal hours.
International Orders:
We offer international shipping for artworks. Shipping charges will be calculated based on artwork size at checkout.
For larger objects or furniture, we provide custom shipping quotes. Please request an international shipping quote and we’ll get in touch.
We use various delivery providers depending on destination and item. All quotes include insurance to the item’s full value.
You are responsible for any local customs duties or charges. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control, and duties must be paid to release the goods.
Marc Taylor Art is not liable for delivery issues due to access problems. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss or Damage
Risk passes to you once items are delivered. Ownership transfers once full payment is received. Returned products become our property upon receipt.
You are legally required to take reasonable care of items while in your possession. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
